What should I expect?
In each session your music therapist will use a range of music therapy methods tailored to your goals and in the moment needs.
A session may including listening to live or recorded music, playing instruments or singing, discussing or writing lyrics or songs, guided relaxation and much more.
No experience or musicals skills are necessary to participate in music therapy.
